After working in the non-profit sector for over a decade as a creative director and editor, Alicia went back to school to study film where she met Terrell Lamont. Together they formed a video production company that turned into the gritHouse Studios that it is today.

Early on, Alicia produced the company’s first two feature films as well as managed the business. Alicia is the head of finance, business & production management.

She has served two terms on the Women in Film & Television Board of Colorado.

Recently she's launched a division called Grit Media, serving digital production needs in Central WI where she now resides. grit.house/media
